Summary
This program will look at the science and expert evidence needed to prove the cause of newborn neurologic injury. We will cover important medical concepts and diagnostic criteria that the lawyer must be familiar with in order to succeed in these cases. We will also touch on common standard of care issues that arise and the interpretation and use of fetal surveillance.
