Come hear trial strategies and analysis of this pressure ulcer case tried against Presbyterian Healthcare Services here in Albuquerque, NM. While in the Intensive Care Unit at Presbyterian Hospital downtown, Michael Webb developed a hospital acquired pressure ulcer that ultimately became a Stage IV ulcer measuring 13 x13 centimeters, and required debridement all the way down to his bone. Hear about the evidence used to show that PHS violated the essential rules that exist in order to prevent this type of debilitating injury and the jurors' evaluation of the case.
